Lievito Padre is a take-away pizzeria, based in San Martino in Argine, in the suburbs of Bologna. The pizzeria has a vibrant soul and is managed by Federico, a very young entrepreneur.
The core of the business is, of course, pizza - realised with sourdough and leavened for 48 hours.
Lievito Padre is a small gem, open 6/7, for the lucky residents of the area.

The challenge:
Federico has no familiarity with social media, he knows his business might benefit from a good digital presence, but he doesn’t know where to start.
When I am asked to join the project, the Pizzeria has no digital account open and no vision. The main challenge for Lievito Padre was finding an angle to promote the business's soul and products while avoiding boring content.
The approach:
I studied and researched the digital presence of Lievito Padre’s competitors in the area to understand how they were curating their identity online. After completing this first phase, I proceeded with deeper research, including the best-performing content strategies at large in the industry.
The final Social Media Strategy relied on a practical and manageable approach to content creation, with the staff being the main character of the accounts, and a fun, informal tone of voice.
